Jeeks OS

Terms of Use

Last updated 22 September 2026

These are the terms of use of Jeeks OS — the app and the service operated by JEEKSSHIRE 24 LLC. They say what you may and may not do here, who owns what you upload and what you generate, how subscriptions and ⚡ work, and when we may close access. Written in plain words, not in a template.

1. Who we are and what this document is

Jeeks OS is an app for iPhone, iPad and Mac plus its server side (api.jeeksshire24.com), operated by JEEKSSHIRE 24 LLC (UAE). This document is an agreement between you and us. It is not an agreement with Apple — see section 11.

The agreement takes effect when you create an account or sign in, and stays in force while you use the service. If you do not agree with it — do not sign in and do not use the app.

How we handle your data is a separate document — the Privacy Policy. It is a part of this agreement, and it names every contractor by name.

2. Who may use the service

A few plain conditions.

  • You are at least 13 years old. If the law of your country sets a higher age for using online services on your own — that age applies to you.
  • The data you give at sign-up is true, and the e-mail is yours: password recovery and security notices go there.
  • You are responsible for everything done under your account. Keep the password to yourself; if you think someone else got in — change it and write to us.
  • You may have more than one account (the app can hold several at once). What you may not do is pretend to be another person, and you may not use a second account to get around a ban or to farm free ⚡.
  • You use the service on your own behalf. If you act for a company, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it.

3. Rules of conduct and what may not be published

Jeeks OS has a feed, channels, conversations and public pages: what you publish reaches other people. By using the service you agree not to publish objectionable content and not to abuse other people. Specifically, it is forbidden to publish, send or generate:

  • anything the law forbids — including calls to violence, terrorism and extremism;
  • sexual content involving minors, and any sexualisation of children whatsoever. This is a permanent ban without warning and, where the law requires it, a report to the authorities;
  • harassment, bullying, threats, doxxing, and persistent unwanted messages to a person who has asked you to stop;
  • hatred and insults aimed at a person or a group because of nationality, race, religion, gender, orientation, disability or origin;
  • pornography and shocking violence — this is not a place for that;
  • someone else's personal data (address, phone, documents, correspondence) published without that person's consent;
  • someone else's work published as your own, and anything that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights;
  • impersonation of another person, a company or of Jeeks OS itself, including a profile made to be mistaken for someone else's;
  • spam, mass unsolicited messaging, pyramid schemes, fraud, phishing and “earn fast” offers;
  • malware, and links to it;
  • images and video of a real person made to be taken for real events that never happened, without that person's consent — a face, a voice or a body may not be used this way;
  • attempts to break the service: automated collection of other people's data, bypassing limits and paid features, load attacks, reverse engineering of the app or the API for these purposes.

4. Complaints, blocking and moderation

We do not read your private conversations, but we do react to complaints about what is published. We review a complaint about objectionable content within 24 hours and either remove the content, or close access for the person who published it, or explain why the complaint was rejected. Content that is illegal on its face is removed without waiting for a complaint.

The tools are in the app itself:

  • “Report” on a post, a comment or an article — the complaint reaches moderation;
  • blocking a person — they cannot write to you any more, in either direction, and their subscriptions to you are dropped;
  • “Hide author” and “Not interested” — the same content stops appearing in your feed without you blocking anyone;
  • writing to support from inside the app — that door stays open even for a banned account, so that a ban can be appealed.

5. Your content

Everything you upload or write stays yours. We do not become the owner of your texts, photos, video or audio, and we do not sell them to anyone. By uploading something you confirm that you have the right to do it: that it is yours, or you have permission, and that the people in the frame do not object.

So that the service can work, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, copy for backup, transmit and display your content — strictly to do the thing you asked for. It lasts as long as the content is in the service: delete a post, a message or the whole account and it stops, though copies other people have already saved or reposted, and copies in search engine caches, are beyond our reach — we can remove our page, not their copy. Here is what the licence covers:

  • to show a post to the readers you published it for — including on a public page (a post, a profile, an article), if you published it publicly;
  • to deliver a message to the people in the conversation;
  • to pass a file or a prompt to a contractor when you press the button of an AI tool — see the next section and the Privacy Policy.

6. AI tools and what you get out of them

The AI tools work through outside contractors (Anthropic, BytePlus/ByteDance, fal.ai, OpenAI). Pressing the button sends them your prompt and the files you attached. We ask for your consent before that happens for the first time, and you can withdraw it in the app at any time. The rules of the result:

  • the result is yours to use, including commercially, as far as the law and the contractor's terms allow. We claim no rights over it;
  • we do not promise the result is unique. A similar prompt from another person may produce a similar result, and in most countries a purely machine-made image is not protected by copyright at all;
  • you must have the right to the source material: a photo of a face may be uploaded if it is your face or you have that person's consent;
  • you are responsible for what you do with the result. Section 3 applies to generated content in full;
  • an attempt costs ⚡ even when the result did not turn out the way you wanted. If the generation failed on our side or on the contractor's side, the ⚡ come back automatically — that is what the refund machinery in the app is for.

7. Subscriptions, ⚡ and payment

Part of the service is paid. Prices, what is included in a plan and the cost of each tool in ⚡ are shown in the app before you pay.

  • ⚡ (Universal Credits) are the internal unit for paying for tools. They are not money, they cannot be cashed out and cannot be transferred to another person.
  • The ⚡ that come with a plan are given for the paid period and burn at the end of it. The ⚡ from a separately bought pack do not burn while your account exists.
  • A subscription bought in the App Store renews automatically until you cancel it. Cancel it the same way it was bought: Apple ID settings → “Subscriptions”, at least 24 hours before the period ends. Deleting your Jeeks OS account does NOT cancel an App Store subscription.
  • A subscription bought directly (T-Bank, Stripe) is cancelled in the app or by a letter to us.
  • We may change prices. A change never applies to a period already paid for; we announce it in the app before it comes into force.
  • A refund for an App Store purchase is decided by Apple. When Apple tells us about a refund, we withdraw what that purchase granted — that is normal and it is not a punishment.
  • ⚡ already spent are not refunded: the work has been done and paid for to the contractor. Your rights as a consumer under the law of your country stay with you regardless of this paragraph.

8. Suspension and termination

The service may be closed to you — by us or by yourself.

  • We may restrict or close access for breaking section 3, for attacks on the service, for fraud with payments or free ⚡. For a serious violation this happens without warning.
  • A ban can be appealed: the support door inside the app works for a banned account too. Write and we will look at it again.
  • You may delete your account together with its data at any time — in the app, Settings → “Delete account”. It is irreversible.

9. The service is provided “as is”

We build Jeeks OS honestly, but we do not promise that it will work without interruption and without mistakes, that a tool will produce the result you had in mind, or that a contractor or a payment provider will not have an outage. AI output may be wrong, out of date or inappropriate — check it before you rely on it, especially in anything to do with money, law or health. To the extent the law allows, there are no other warranties.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected to the service is limited to what you paid us during the twelve months before the event. We are not liable for lost profit or for indirect losses. Nothing in this section takes away the rights a consumer has under the law of their own country, and nothing limits liability for what the law does not allow to be limited.

11. If you installed the app from the App Store

Apple requires these clauses, and they are true:

  • this agreement is between you and JEEKSSHIRE 24 LLC, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or for its content;
  • Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the app;
  • if the app fails to conform to a warranty, you may tell Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the app; beyond that refund, Apple has no other warranty obligation;
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and may enforce it against you. Claims about the app, its legality, third-party rights or consumer protection are ours to answer, not Apple's.

12. Governing law and disputes

The agreement is governed by the law of the United Arab Emirates, where JEEKSSHIRE 24 LLC is registered — except where the law of your own country of residence gives you, as a consumer, rights that cannot be taken away by an agreement: those stay with you, and you may go to the court of your place of residence. Before going to court, write to us: most things are solved by a letter.

13. Changes to these terms

The current version always lives at this address, with the update date at the top of the page. We announce significant changes inside the app before they come into force. If you keep using the service after that — the new version applies to you; if you do not agree — delete your account.
