Everything you upload or write stays yours. We do not become the owner of your texts, photos, video or audio, and we do not sell them to anyone. By uploading something you confirm that you have the right to do it: that it is yours, or you have permission, and that the people in the frame do not object.
So that the service can work, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, copy for backup, transmit and display your content — strictly to do the thing you asked for. It lasts as long as the content is in the service: delete a post, a message or the whole account and it stops, though copies other people have already saved or reposted, and copies in search engine caches, are beyond our reach — we can remove our page, not their copy. Here is what the licence covers:
- to show a post to the readers you published it for — including on a public page (a post, a profile, an article), if you published it publicly;
- to deliver a message to the people in the conversation;
- to pass a file or a prompt to a contractor when you press the button of an AI tool — see the next section and the Privacy Policy.
